Adrian Hayes is the British, Dubai based, Corporate coach, Speaker and Adventurer who recently became the fastest person in history, and only the 15th ever, to reach the three extremes of our Earth, namely walking to the North Pole, the South Pole and summiting Mt Everest - a feat known as the "3 Poles", for which he has recently been entered into the 2009 Guinness Book of World Records.

He has held senior corporate positions in a variety of industries, including 6 years as the Middle East Sales Director for Airbus in Dubai; is a former Gurkha officer and special forces soldier in the British Army; and a singer/guitarist in a Rock band amongst others.

He embarks on a major 2 month expedition to Greenland between May-July 2009.
